Starting Intergenerational Conversations

2025 has begun!

As we head into the intensity of the new year, we've been reflecting on what it means to widen our community. We're in need of new energy, a desire for change, a hunger for something outside of the status quo. So what does it mean to start inter-generational conversations? How can we inject newness into the way we do things? Learning from both those with more experience than us, and those with newer ideas than us, is essential to future-proofing our company and livelihoods. 

We'll leave you with this thought—JOY is the objective for 2025. Let's find new ways to seek it, maintain it and share it.

Last December, Apt-122 hosted an intimate holiday party for our nearest and dearest. We wanted to share some of the musings that emerged over the dinner table—where the best conversations always happen.
